TVNETCO works with its clients to keep listing content fresh and exciting. This may include copy edits, image adjustments, changes to prices, and other details associated with a listing. In most cases, you should request changes to your listings through your control panel. For special requests, or to inquire about TVNETCO services, please contact your account representative.

How do I get our media onto our site?

Content is stored and served from TVNETCO equipment, and is available for inclusion into your own web site. We have provided a Media Integration support document to help you integrate your media into your design. This document will be useful to your web design personnel in integrating your media into your site.

Can I update my listing?

TVNETCO’s development team is continually adding new features that allow you greater control of your listing. You can request changes, add new blog entries, and communicate with us about your listings through our easy to use control panel.

Why did my listing change without my approval?

We will typically notify clients of most major content development efforts. However, each property is visited and reviewed by TVNETCO personnel on a regular basis. Our team of content development specialists is continually updating our clients' listings, adding content, and adding features to have the most impact in search engines. As such, it is strictly in your best interest for us to make changes as we see fit. If there are any administrative concerns with changes that have been made to your listings, please request changes through your control panel.
