Branson Riddle Brainstorm
1st Riddle
My father was a passionate walker; even states moved to keep up with him. He went to Spain without ever leaving the Midwest. The faster the earth moved, the more he stood still. He used to call one of my neighbors a sissy, even though they run across Missouri and Arkansas every day.
What am I?
2nd Riddle
I never mind my intruders, though that’s all they’ve ever done to me. I have a belt without a buckle. I live in Rome, where everyone speaks English. My hard work has earned me thousands of A’s and D’s.
What am I?
3rd Riddle
If you tell me the truth, I’ll think it’s a lie. I could not tell, by touching, the ground from the sky. The Beatles and Beethoven sound identical to me; take away the world’s perfumes, and I’d just let it be. Not sound, scent or touch interest me much.
